What happens during the discovery call?
We talk for 25 minutes. I listen to where you are, what you want to change, and briefly share how I work. No sales pitch. By the end, we both know if it's a fit. That's how contact with a coach works with me.
Who is coaching with Sylvia for?
For coaches, entrepreneurs, leaders and professionals who are stuck in patterns. Who know what to do but don't do it. Who are ready for action and real change.
How soon can I start?
Usually within 1 to 2 weeks after the discovery call. I work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure quality.
Do you work online or in person?
Both. Most trajectories run online via Zoom, which means I work with clients all over the world. In-person sessions are also possible in the Netherlands.
What does coaching cost?
Get in touch for current rates. I work with trajectories of 3 to 6 months, depending on your goals and situation. We'll discuss what fits best during the discovery call.
Is this woo-woo?
No. We work practically and directly. No incense, no meditation music. Just honest conversations and concrete tools you can use the same day.
